What we collect
When you submit a brief or join the waitlist on amalbryx.com, we collect: your name, your email, the company you mention if any, the project type you select, and the project description you write. That's it.
We do not run third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting. We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or session-replay tools. For aggregate traffic we use Vercel Web Analytics — first-party, cookieless, and anonymous: it counts page views and a single “contact submitted” conversion event, sets no cookies, builds no cross-site profile, and stores no personal data about you. Vercel's first-party request logs (uptime, basic traffic shape) are retained 30 days by default.
How we use it
Brief submissions go to one inbox: hello@amalbryx.com. We reply within one business day. Waitlist signups receive one welcome email and an occasional short note when we ship something new — no drip campaigns, no automated sequences.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not enrich your profile with third-party datasets. The data stays in our supabase, period.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in a self-hosted Postgres database (via supabase) on infrastructure we operate ourselves. Resend handles transactional email. Both providers comply with GDPR and have published Data Processing Agreements.
Backups are retained 30 days. After 30 days they roll off automatically.
Your rights
Email hello@amalbryx.com at any time to: see what we hold about you, correct or update it, export it as JSON, or delete it. We respond within 30 days as required under GDPR. No fee, no friction.
Waitlist subscribers can be removed at any time: email hello@amalbryx.com and we take you off the list. Removal is handled by a person, not an automated link — we do not run an automated unsubscribe endpoint, and we would rather say so than imply one exists.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie: locale preference (EN / SQ / AR). Without it, your language choice resets every visit. We do not use marketing cookies or cross-site trackers.
