Existing marketplace platforms forced one-size-fits-all storefronts. Merchants wanted brand control. Buyers wanted a single account, single cart, single checkout.
APPROACH
Subdomain-per-shop with edge-side rewrites, Postgres-backed auth shared across tenants, Stripe Connect for vendor payouts, trilingual catalog ingestion.
OUTCOME
Multiple merchant brands live, each with full branding control inside a unified buyer experience. Stripe Connect handles vendor payouts. The multi-vendor returns flow ships next.
