Terms.

The site, not the project contract.

Scope

These terms cover use of amalbryx.com — the marketing surface, the brief form, the waitlist, /notes, /case/* deep-dive pages, and the API endpoints they reach.

Engagement contracts are separate. When you sign a project agreement with the studio, that agreement governs the work and supersedes anything ambiguous here.

Use of the site

You're free to read, share, and link to any page on amalbryx.com. Substantial reproduction of /notes essays without attribution is not permitted; quote a paragraph or two with a link, please.

Do not abuse the brief form, the waitlist endpoint, or any API. Spam submissions, scraped emails, automated mass POSTs — they get rate-limited and IP-blocked. Repeated abuse is reported.

Intellectual property

The Amalbryx logo, brand marks, and editorial illustrations are studio property. The /case/* deep-copy text is the studio's. /notes essays are the studio's, published under a quote-with-attribution allowance.

Project work shipped to clients is governed by the engagement contract. Default: client owns the repo at production launch, full transfer.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We make no warranty about uptime, accuracy of copy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the marketing site.

If something on the site is materially wrong (e.g., out-of-date pricing, broken case-study link, false statistic), email hello@amalbryx.com and we'll correct it.

Changes

We update these terms occasionally. Material changes ship in a commit you can read on GitHub if you want a diff. The lastUpdated date at the top of this page reflects the current revision.

Governing law

Albanian law, with venue in Tirana, governs disputes about the site itself. Engagement contracts may select different governing law per the contract terms.
