The pre-brief checklist most clients run through. If something isn't here, ask in the form — we reply within one business day.
- How fast can a project start after the brief?
- Most engagements kick off within 5–7 business days of brief intake. The first deliverable — product spec + architecture — lands inside week one. Active build follows in week two. If the calendar window is tight, mention it in the brief and we'll either fit or recommend a slot honestly.
- Do you handle design, or only build?
- Both, end-to-end. Brand application, design system, interaction design, and the build itself live under one studio. No design-vendor handoff, no body-shop split. Existing brand assets are honored; if there's nothing yet, design is part of the engagement.
- How does payment work?
- Milestone-based, not hourly. Typically 30 % at brief acceptance, 40 % at staging build, 30 % at production launch. STARTER tier is often two milestones. Currencies: USD, EUR, GBP. Invoiced via Wise — multi-currency, low FX spread, fast cross-border. No hidden ramp-up fees.
- Who owns the code and IP after launch?
- You do. Full transfer at production launch — repo ownership, all asset files (Figma, brand kit, copy decks), and any AI-agent prompts written for the engagement. The studio retains nothing beyond a portfolio reference unless you specifically ask us not to publish it.
- Are you available for ongoing work after the launch?
- Yes — a quarterly upkeep retainer is optional on every engagement. Includes priority bug-fix windows, dependency updates, small feature passes, and analytics review. STARTER tier comes with 30 days of free post-launch fixes; STUDIO and PLATFORM include 60 days.
- Do you sign NDAs and handle confidentiality?
- Standard NDAs signed pre-brief on request. Repos start private; we do not publish work as a case study without explicit written consent. Trilingual handling extends to legal docs — happy to sign in English, Albanian, or Arabic if your counsel prefers.
