PROBLEM
Cultural heritage is hard to share. PDFs and wiki pages don't carry it. A native VR app costs five figures to publish.
APPROACH
Three.js + GLSL shaders + WebXR with progressive enhancement: full immersion in a headset, lookaround 3D in a browser, narrated voiceover everywhere.
OUTCOME
Archived after the original commission ended; tech notes shipped forward into later immersive projects.
