PROBLEM

Generic invitation platforms didn't speak Albanian and didn't respect the cadence of an Albanian wedding (which has its own social rules).

APPROACH

Next.js for the host dashboard, Remotion for programmatic motion-video invitations rendered on-demand per guest, Drizzle for the RSVP store, Resend for guest reminders.

OUTCOME

Hundreds of weddings and private events scheduled. Default platform for several Tirana wedding planners.
