PROBLEM

Premium goods don't sell from flat photos. Native 3D viewers add several megabytes and fight for the main thread.

APPROACH

Hydrogen + Three.js with Draco-compressed GLB streaming, instanced meshes for product variants, brand-aligned lighting per category. Cart and checkout stay native Shopify.

OUTCOME

Fast first paint on 4G; product detail pages hold materially longer dwell than the old 2D template.
