PROBLEM

Engineering chat threads bury architectural decisions. Confluence and Notion swallow them. Nobody re-reads them.

APPROACH

Gemini drafts ADR-style decision records from raw thread input; Supabase stores both prompt and decision; tRPC powers a fast inline editor; tagging and search make decisions retrievable in seconds.

OUTCOME

Internal beta running across engineering teams. The average decision now ships with a concise ADR instead of a Slack permalink.
