PROBLEM
Running a studio solo means the work lives in a project tracker, the bugs in a second tool, the content calendar in a third, and the money in a spreadsheet. Nothing reconciles, so the founder becomes the integration layer.
APPROACH
A single authenticated workspace where a project carries its QA queue, its content pipeline and its revenue line together, so status is one query rather than four tab switches.
OUTCOME
Live and in daily use — this studio plans, tracks and invoices its own work through it, including the site you are reading.
