PROBLEM
Regional retailers were stuck with rigid POS systems. Inventory drift between stores. Online catalog out of sync. Trilingual product data nowhere.
APPROACH
Next.js storefront, Sanity for trilingual product data, Supabase realtime for cross-store inventory sync, Stripe Terminal for in-store card payments.
OUTCOME
Single source of truth across the stores and the online catalog. Inventory drift cut materially. Receipts now print in the customer's chosen language.
